I am fascinated by stories with female con artists and have gathered quite a collection.

1: Racket Squad (1950-1953)
A dramatization of con games from the point of view of the police. Includes many stores of female con artists.
2: The Avengers (1961-1969)
Steed works with a number of different women, all of whom do trickery to accomplish their missions.
3: Mission Impossible (1966-1973)
A team of con artists, including one woman, work for the government to do secret international trickery.
4: Paper Moon (1974-1975)
A young girl and her suspected father travel the south in depression years, scamming people. Originally a book, Addie Pray.
5: Remington Steele (1982-1987)
Although Remington Steele is a thief and a con man, the woman who really runs the detective agency, Laura Holt, is just as much of a con artist, since she is thought of the idea.
6: The A-Team (1983-1987)
Vietnam vets, framed for a crime they didn't commit, help the innocent while on the run from the military. The first season or two also featured a female reporter who helps them con.
7: If Tomorrow Comes (1986)
A miniseries that chronicles a woman's journey from normal citizen to full con woman. She keeps running into a mysterious con man.
8: The Life and Loves of a She-Devil (1986)
A miniseries from the book of the same name follows the book closely. It tells the story of a woman's revenge on a miserable husband.
9: Profit (1996)
A one-season show that took a dark look at con-artists, desperate to win at any cost. Profit is male, climbing the corporate ladder. He works with two female con artists.
10: Vengeance Unlimited (1998-1999)
He helps people get vengeance, trading in favors instead of money. She received a favor and decides to work with him to pay back. Together, they con deserving people.
11: Hustle (2004-2012)
A team of con artists, four men and a woman, pull "long cons" (involved tricks, reminiscent of Mission Impossible).
12: Veronica Mars (2004-2007)
She tricks people in order to investigate crimes.
13: Fingersmith (2005)
Two female con artists work against each other while falling in love. A faithful recreation of the book by Sarah Waters (also adapted into the movie, The Handmaiden).
14: The Takedown (2005)
A team of con artists, including one woman, play scams on casinos (with their cooperation) in order to expose vulnerabililties.
15: The Real Hustle (2006-2012)
A team of con artists, two men and a woman, pull actual cons, filmed secretly, to show common tricks. More of a reality TV show, but still educational and entertaining.
16: Burn Notice (2007-2013)
A "burned" spy tries to recover his reputation while pulling small jobs. He is assisted by two spys (one female) who do plenty of tricks to help him survive.
17: The Riches (2007-2008)
A family of grifters in the American South assume fake identities in order to "steal" the American dream: a big house in suburbia. A sadly short-lived show.
18: Leverage (2008-2012)
A team of con artists, three men and two women, pull "long cons" (is this show an American clone of Hustle?)
19: The Good Wife (2009-2016)
Although the main character rarely tricks, her investigator (Kalinda) is a natural con artist.
20: Call Me Fitz (2010-2013)
His mother is a con artist, and every character on the show is tricking someone.
21: Femme Fatales (2011-2012)
Each episode is a different story about dangerous women: murderers, monsters, and even con artists. Too bad about all the the soft-core porn in the show, but the stories are good.
22: Revenge (2011-2015)
A young woman seeks revenge for her father's death by tricking all the rich and powerful people who took part in his dishonor.
23: Don't Trust the B---- in Apartment 23 (2012-2013)
A comedy involving a scheming woman (in apartment 23) and her equally tricky roommate.
24: Orphan Black (2013-2017)
A science-fiction tale of clones, including many versions of the same woman, all trying to figure themselves out. The central character of the series is a con artist.
25: 38 Revenue Collection Unit (2016)
A Korean show about a hapless tax-collection man who teams up with a con artist to swindle tax money from rich people. Many of the people on the con artist's team are women.
26: The Catch (2016-2017)
She's an investigator, tracking a male con artist. But she has to do plenty of conning herself to keep ahead of him.
27: Good Behavior (2016-2017)
From the Blake Crouch books, Letty is a drug addict and con artist who finds herself helping people more than she expects.
28: Shut Eye (2016-2017)
A fake psychic, working with a large Roma family, suddenly has real visions.
29: Imposters (2017-2018)
She cons people into falling in love and marrying her, then she robs them.
30: Snatch (2017-2018)
Heist show with three tricky women, including the mother of the main con thief.
31: Sneaky Pete (2017-2019)
He's a con artist, pretending to be "Pete", but nearly everyone he deals with is also a con artist, including many women.
32: The Little Drummer Girl (2018)
She's a tricky spy in the middle east conflict.
33: Good Girls (2018-2021)
Three tricky women struggle to make ends meet at home.
34: Killing Eve (2018-2022)
She tricks people in order to murder them.
35: Lost in Space (2018-2021)
In this remake of the original classic, Dr. Smith is now female, and very much a con artist.
36: Reef Break (2019)
She's a former thief and con artist now doing good.
37: Straight Forward (2019)
She's a con artist and thief, on the run from a powerful man she robed.
38: AJ and the Queen (2020)
A buddy story between an older drag queen and a young girl who's a thief and a con artist.
39: Berlin (2023-)
There are multiple female tricksters on both sides of the law.
40: Los Artistas (2023)
She's an art expert who turns to tricking rich people.
41: Bandidos (2024-)
The three women on the team are the trickiest.
